Prices start from £140,000 depending on position and design extras. All cabins are sold with a 99 year exclusive right of tenure.
Plots can be reserved for a period of 28 days on payment of a deposit. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that funds are available to complete the purchase process.
The annual maintenance fee of £1800 covers site insurance, CCTV and on-site security, all site and garden maintenance, plus external cabin and decking upkeep including bi-annual sanding, waxing, gutter cleaning, etc.
